First Responder Training Video for Communication with the Deaf Community

Post by: Kim Stephens

This May, 2011 video developed by Spokane Washington, provides one of the best descriptions of how first responders should communicate with the deaf and hard of hearing community that I have seen.   This training video is good for all first responders, no matter where they reside, even though there are some Spokane specific statistics.

Let us know if you have a link for videos from other communities.
